March 2008. Precious Little Hands to End Malaria.

composite08

Ms. Pattie continues to encourage her Frolicking Frogs of the Goddard School - Marietta 1 in GA. While packaging End Malaria - Blue Ribbon pins, she instructed her little ones about malaria, how to pronounce the word "malaria" and "plasmodium", how the disease is transmitted by a mosquito and why millions of children die in less fortunate countries. These End Malaria - Blue Ribbons are sent to donors and supporters of the Malaria Foundation International throughout the world.

May 2007

Ms. Pattie Curlee and Ms. Ra'chel Owens encouraged their "Frolicking Frogs" of the Goddard School – Marietta 1, GA, to package the universal symbol for malaria awareness, the End Malaria Blue Ribbon pins on April 2007. Also, Ms. Pattie's 4-year old students had the opportunity to learn about how malaria is transmitted, where it is found and what we all can do to help the fight against this deadly disease. Indeed, these little ones are doing their part! Are you?

The Frolicking Frogs will continue to volunteer their time and talent to package ribbons which will be distributed by The Malaria Foundation International for supporters of the End Malaria Blue Ribbon Campaign all over the world.

The Malaria Foundation is very grateful to the administrative staff of the Goddard School - Marietta 1 for their support of the End Malaria Blue Ribbon Campaign.
